Salon Policies

1. General Provisions

Our salon provides services in accordance with Florida state laws and regulations. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these policies.

 

2. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may return to the salon within 3 calendar days of your appointment.
If it is determined that the issue was due to our mistake, a correction will be made free of charge.
The guarantee does not apply to:

  • a change of mind regarding color, style, or service after completion,
  • failure to follow aftercare instructions,
  • individual hair conditions (e.g., damaged or over-processed hair),
  • undisclosed allergies or health conditions.

3. Payments and Refunds

All services must be paid for in full on the day of service.
Payments are non-refundable. Only corrections are available within the 3-day guarantee period.
Retail products may be returned only if unopened and accompanied by a receipt within 14 days.

 

4. Cancellations, Lateness, and Deposits

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for services lasting more than 3 hours. The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.

 

5. Health and Safety

Clients must inform the stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to the service.
Stylists may perform a strand or patch test before chemical services.
The salon is not responsible for adverse reactions if relevant information is withheld.
Video surveillance is in place for the safety of clients and staff.

 

6. Children’s Policy

Children are welcome in the salon only if they have a scheduled appointment.
For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
The salon is not responsible for injuries resulting from unattended children.

 

7. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept that results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and history.
The salon is not liable for undesired results if the client:

  • fails to follow professional aftercare recommendations,
  • applies additional chemical or cosmetic treatments outside the salon,
  • purchases and uses third-party products not recommended by the stylist.

8. Conduct in the Salon

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.
The salon is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.

 

9. Photo & Video Use

The salon may take photos or videos of services performed for marketing purposes unless the client objects in advance.

Policies are subject to change. The most recent version is always available on our website.
